Valentine Dinner

February 2009

Tomorrow Tess' mom will drive her to Chehalis, WA where we'll pick her up and take to her Seattle. We're planning on story time at UW Bookstore and a Valentine's Day dinner of mashed potatoes and heart-shaped meatloaf--with lots of ketchup. We'll probably get some Dick's Burgers (the restaurant with no tables) this weekend too!

Courtney just finished her Nonprofit Accounting class, and Bret completed his Research and Inquiry presentation. Bret did a comparative case analysis of two writing centers. Also, he received a fellowship to study writing at teacher colleges in China at the end of May and into June. We're trying to get Courtney there, but she has to get the taxes done first!  Tess is loving High School Musical. Gabriella is her favorite character. She's also mastering Wii games.

Emmy just started a new training class (doggiezen.com). We're working on taking treats with a soft mouth and everything else. She's brought us a ton of joy, and she has also driven us a little nutso with the attention getting.

Woody is almost 11! He has a spot on the couch and a spot on the chair. He still beats all the young kids at fetch.
